Terms and Conditions:

The cost is $15 per month to post your used Flying Scot on Flying Scot Racing Used boat site. Potential buyers will contact the seller via their email address.  It is the responsibility of the seller to notify Flying Scot Racing that the Boat is no longer available.  This can be done by sending an email to sold@flyingscotracing.com and writing the sail number and sold in the subject line.  If a Flying Scot listed on this site is sold through another means, then it is the responsibility of the seller to notify Flying Scot Racing that the Boat is no longer available*.  No refunds can be given for past or current month, but if notified 5 days prior to the beginning of the next month we will cancel your monthly payment.  These terms and conditions are subject to change without notice, and Flying Scot Racing assumes no responsibility for misleading or incorrect information listed on this Used Flying Scot page. 

* The $15 per month will continue to be charge to your credit card until Flying Scot Racing is notified that the boat has sold, or has been taken off the market
